Unless you are interested in debugging the code, and don't have Doxygen
available on your machine, there's no need to download the elvis-doxy...
package.  All it contains is the Doxygen output from the Gnome GUI souce
files, built with the packages Makefile.  All the other documentation and
helpfiles are packed with the source, in the elvis-gnome... package.
